Nested among the rolling hills of Rural Sussex County, New Jersey, The Wooden Duck Bed and Breakfast is an oasis of country pleasures. Wildlife abounds throughout the 10 acres of open fields and woodlands encompassing this charming mini-estate.
Modern amenities such as private baths with showers, in-room TVs with VCRs, irons & ironing boards, hair dryers, robes, in-ground pool and more, make staying at this bed and breakfast as comfortable and convenient as being at home.
As a member of Select Registry, we strive to keep our facility clean and uncluttered, so that guests can feel free to kick back and relax. In the morning, awaken to the smell of a hearty, home-cooked country breakfast, complete with endless refills of hot coffee.

The high speed wireless internet and desk area in each guest room allow corporate guests to concentrate and work in private.
When it's time for a break, complimentary light snacks and refreshments are available in the kitchen any time.
Our game room provides the ideal spot for a wide range of activities, ranging from bumper pool and board games to browsing the internet on the guest computer.
For a relaxing place to sit and read the morning paper or meet with other guests, we also have a more formal living room.
Guest Rooms:
Ten spacious guest rooms offer the modern amenities of queen beds, sitting/work areas, air conditioning and private baths. Each room is also equipped with a telephone, TV/VCR, and high-speed wireless Internet access. Seven of the guest rooms are located in The Estate House and three are in The Horseless Carriage House. Each of the four deluxe rooms has a fireplace and a two-person soaking tub; two include a private balcony.
Breakfast:
A full country breakfast awaits each guest, featuring a varying selection of delicious home baked breads or muffins, eggs, pancakes, French toast, fresh fruit, juice, tea, coffee and more. Complimentary coffee, tea, soda, snacks, fruit and cookies are also available anytime.
If looking for a weekend getaway or a mid-week place to stay, we offer a wide variety of spacious rooms, ranging from one with handicap accessibility to deluxe rooms with fireplaces, 2-person soaking tubs and private balconies.
